THREE-DAY ITINERARY

This is a transportation example. Hotel stays, ski passes, meals and equipment rental are separate.

1 DAY 1

Incheon Airport to Seoul

Private airport pickup after immigration and baggage collection, followed by transfer to your Seoul hotel.

Flight number and terminal are required
Airport pickup normally includes the waiting period stated in the quotation
Terminal 1 meeting point: exit through Gate 1, cross the pedestrian crossing and proceed to the charter-bus area marked 1C
Terminal 2 meeting point: in front of Gate 5
Request vehicle entry only after all passengers have cleared immigration, collected their luggage and gathered together
Optional stops must be confirmed before the quotation is finalized

2 DAY 2

Seoul to Alpensia Resort

Private long-distance transfer from your Seoul hotel to Alpensia Resort with reasonable rest stops according to traffic and winter road conditions.

Morning departure is recommended during weekends and peak ski periods
Suitcase sizes and all ski or snowboard equipment must be declared in advance
Weekend traffic, snowfall, black ice and road restrictions may significantly increase travel time
A planned supermarket or rental-shop stop may be added only when confirmed in advance
The driver may adjust speed, route and rest-stop timing for safety

3 DAY 3

Alpensia to Seoul or Incheon Airport

Private return transfer from Alpensia Resort to Seoul or directly to Incheon Airport with conservative timing for winter road conditions.

International passengers should normally arrive at Incheon Airport approximately 3 hours before flight departure
During weekends, peak ski periods or severe winter conditions, pickup at least 7–8 hours before the scheduled flight departure is generally recommended
The final pickup time is confirmed according to the flight, terminal, weather forecast, road conditions and expected airport congestion
A later pickup requested by the customer increases the risk of delayed airport arrival or a missed flight
The return driver or vehicle may differ from the outbound service
Final destination and flight details must be reconfirmed when booking

Commonly suitable for a small group with moderate luggage. Personal ski equipment can significantly reduce practical passenger capacity.

A premium small-group option. The actual seat layout, suitcase capacity and ski-equipment capacity must be confirmed before booking.

Minibus

Recommended for larger groups or travelers carrying multiple winter suitcases, ski bags or snowboard cases. Final capacity is confirmed after all luggage dimensions are reviewed.

Heavy snow, black ice, weekend ski traffic, accidents and official road restrictions may cause substantial delays.

Airport Departure

For international flights, YourBus may recommend pickup at least 7–8 hours before departure during weekends, peak ski periods or severe winter conditions.

Late Pickup Request

If the customer requests a later pickup than recommended, on-time airport arrival cannot be guaranteed.

Winter Equipment

Depending on the assigned vehicle and conditions, winter tires, snow chains or other traction equipment may be used. Exact equipment is confirmed according to the dispatch.

Vehicle Standby

The vehicle does not remain at the resort unless standby is separately contracted.

Driver Assignment

The same vehicle or driver is not automatically guaranteed for all transfers.

Extra Stops

Shopping, rental-shop, sightseeing or meal stops must be requested before final confirmation.
