Airport Departure Time
Return transfers must leave early enough for winter road conditions and international check-in. YourBus may recommend a substantially earlier pickup during weekends, peak ski periods or severe weather.
Road and Weather Delays
Snow, black ice, accidents and road restrictions can delay travel. The driver may reduce speed, change the route, delay departure or stop at a safe location.
Service Changes
Another vehicle, driver, route or pickup time may be proposed when winter operating conditions or dispatch availability require a change.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Conditions depend on the written contract, actual dispatch costs and whether the vehicle has already been assigned or departed.
Vehicle Standby
The vehicle does not remain at the resort unless standby or multi-day service is separately booked.
Equipment Rental
Ski passes, clothing, equipment rental and accommodation are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.
Driver Accommodation

Yes. Send the flight number, arrival time, terminal, passenger count, suitcase sizes and ski-equipment information. Flight status may be checked for major changes, but airport waiting time and extended-delay conditions follow the written quotation.
Unless different conditions are stated in the quotation, airport pickup normally includes up to 90 minutes of waiting time from the actual landing time. Immigration, customs, lost luggage or other delays should be reported through the messenger group. Additional waiting is subject to standby charges and driver availability.
Not under a transfer-only booking. Ongoing standby requires a separate multi-day quotation and may include driver lodging, meals and regional expenses.
Usually yes when the quantity, dimensions and case type are confirmed in advance. Personal equipment takes substantial space and may require a larger vehicle even for a small group.
